Night eating disorder is related to sleep disturbance disorders, depression / anxiety and is often found in patients that are presenting with other eating disorders such as binge eating disorder or bulimia.
The night eating freedom program is tailored specifically to your needs combining motivational counselling, nutritional coaching and hypnotherapy when required. The program is designed to deal directly with the underlying problem that is holding you in the unconscious disordered eating pattern.
